Eg: when searching for electric guitars, “configuration” filter never works. So you can’t search by, let’s say, HSH or HSS configuration guitars only. Many other small issues like this. Also, app also crashes or doesn’t open sometimes. **Developer response:** Terribly sorry to hear that you faced some issues we have made a few changes and sent across some updates to fix the issues mentioned. BEWARE ! ### 1/5 — Poor service *2023-05-15, version 1.15.0* I have ordered guitar for a surprise gift took leave from office for the surprise and i was conveyed that i will get it today tracking also shows delivered plus i called in the company who was responsible for delivery she said i will get it till 7 pm the delivery guy called me and said he will do it till 8.30 pm and i said ok at 8 he called saying he cant do it today and disconnected the call. You guys ruined the surprise you committed it for today gave me false assurance and now no one responds pathetic service I was following up with Mr. Mondip from bajaoo.com and the delivery guy name was Nitin Ghadage ### 1/5 — I’m going to lodge a Police Complaint against your scam *2022-10-15* You guys are not responding to my calls, disconnecting the call, and not willing to refund my money. Looks like a scam. It has been 9 days and I still have not received my product in Jalandhar. Your delivery partner Blue Dart keeps sending delivery messages and then cancels the delivery on their own. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I have to call your customer care 2–3 times every single day just to get an update. When I asked for the local delivery agent’s contact number, your team said they don’t have it. This is not acceptable. If the product cannot be delivered on time, you should either properly coordinate with the courier company or simply process my refund immediately. Very poor service and zero responsibility towards the customer. ### 1/5 — Mediocre Customer Support at its Peak *2025-10-04* I ordered a semi-acoustic guitar via Bajao, shipped through XpressBees, but when it reached my local hub the delivery guy called demanding either self-pickup or ₹100 extra for home delivery — a condition never mentioned on the app and clearly just an attempt to make extra money. When I refused and asked for cancellation, Bajao’s customer support called me, but instead of addressing the issue or holding their courier accountable, the executive blamed me for not calling them first and rudely hung up. Overall, very unprofessional service, poor accountability, and a disappointing experience. ### 1/5 — Very bad serive and products *2025-10-02* I bought a traveller guitar . First it arrived late, then when i tuned the guitar it was not playing the notes on higher frets in tune. It sounded unharmonic. Furthermore, when i applied for return they said its not an issue you can to a luthier to fix it, well, if i bought a new guita i wont get it fixed , right. How will i be able to trust it for further period. They desucted 500 from my return and i think it will be 5-6 days till pickup as per the mail. Neither accounts are getting created and if dont they arent getting ligged in easily. Please somve this!! ### 1/5 — Totally unreliable app *2025-04-07* I have been trying to sell my guitar here for some time now people who are interested send message and I reply to them but after that if I try to open the chats section it doesn't open like what the hell how am I gonna sell my guitar if I can't even talk to them ### 1/5 — Everything expensive compared to other dealers *2025-03-31, version 2.0.2* Day before yesterday i had to order Epiphone les paul modern in red color which was 76000/- inr, i contacted bajaao for the same they told that they cannot match the price with other dealers.. they have ads running to get the deals for already inflated prices from their side.. few months ago tried to order boss gx10, they told me that they cannot give the unit for the price which raj musicals offers.. givin reason that they must be having an old stock.. and the irony is that the unit was launched just 3 days back.. its Bajaao cozz of which the musical instruments are getting expensive in India.. they think they have a monopoly on that... i tried to comment the same on their insta ad.. but seems like they deleted my comments multiple times... now its time to boycott bajaao.com... i'm never goin to get anything from bajaao.. in this case rajmusicals and chennai kusicals are doing great.. ### 1/5 — No refunds *2024-09-23, version 1.15.34* They take you money for products and never ship them. Then when you cancel the product the refund is give 1month after ### 1/5 — Do not buy through bajaao *2024-06-27, version 1.15.30* Big time cheats, promised interest amount refund during purchase but now are unwilling to do it..customer service is a joke… ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Service *2024-04-26* For tracking order, I have to call customer care. The app doesn't show tracking of orders. For return, you have to raise a ticket or call them. Its useless and height of foolishness. Zero sense of digitalisation. Basically you have to call or write them for everything, there is no automatic way to track orders or raise refunds. Also, the app just loads and loads when I put my pin code. Kindly fix these bugs in the new version which released just 1 day ago. Until this update, everything was good and this is app is awesome. Shawn from bajaao was very helpful and assisted me whenever i required any help I would highly recommend people to bajaao since they are trustworthy and focus on enhancing customer experience.
