If the app is designed for convenience it is at least supposed to provide that information. So I had to close the app by swiping and open again. But I didn’t get to click the service history option since the app is not responding when I navigate to my service page. I installed this app today morning and I have been trying to get the service history since then. Very poor app. If you could, can you please suggest a workaround to get this fixed? I need to have the service history asap. You cannot go back to the main menu after few pages. You cannot hide the keyboard after the input is done. The back button within the app is not at al functional I had to go back the the previous page with the mobiles swipe gestures. Please fix the application or remove it.
