### 1/5 — The worst mobile operator ever

After being a customer for over 15 years, I’ve finally reached my absolute breaking point with Bakcell. For a decade and a half, I tolerated their mediocre service simply because there were few alternatives. But what they did recently is beyond unacceptable.

While I was out of the country and couldn't use the line for just one single month, Bakcell took my number—a number I had owned and used for over 15 years—and sold it to someone else.

Zero loyalty, zero respect, zero customer care. Throwing away a 15-year relationship over 30 days of inactivity is predatory and pathetic. This is hands down the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from Bakcell.

Ребята, вы уже реально достали со своими кривыми обновлениями, что пришлось тут писать! каждый раз сбрасывается регистрация. сейчас обновил приложение, семейные номера деактивировались. пришлось заново добавлять. :( Ала, хватает уже мучить абонентов. сделайте нормальный уже интерфейс. Проклинаешь уже ваших програмистов, пока найдешь что нужно.
