## What is Baked Cheese?

Home Cheese Maker is a simple and user-friendly app for making cheese at home. It offers a clear, step-by-step guide for preparing soft and semi-hard cheeses in an ordinary kitchen. The interface features a clean design in white, yellow, and gray tones, with two main buttons: "Recipe" and "Step-by-Step".

In the top right corner, there’s a list of necessary equipment: a 5-liter pot, thermometer, cheesecloth, mold, pressing weight, vinegar or starter culture. At the bottom are buttons for "Info" (rate the app, privacy policy, terms of use) and a music toggle.

The "Recipe" section describes the full process—from choosing the milk (preferably whole and non-UHT), to ripening. It includes recommendations for temperature, timing, and salting methods (dry or brine). All instructions are written in plain, accessible language, making the app suitable even for beginners. Whether you're making cheese for fun or food, this is the perfect assistant in your kitchen.

The "Step-by-Step" section features recipes for Bryndza and Adyghe cheese. Each step can be marked as complete, and a timer can be set where needed.  At the end, the app congratulates the user on successfully making homemade cheese.
