The app however glitches constantly and when I log in as an existing member my information is not displayed for me to book a yoga class. Trying to access time sensitive medical information and they make you watch a 2 minute video that you can’t exit out of. Forces you to sign up to a paid plan that can’t be easily canceled. *2025-11-08* Be careful. The office tells you to download the app but they don’t tell you that it’s a $200 per year subscription. The cancel button in the app doesn’t work. You have to reach out to customer service to cancel your subscription. And when you do they make it very difficult, asking you to talk to a representative and to fill in surveys. There is no excuse for an app to not have a simple cancel button.
