Please stop letting companies advertise "free" versions with in-app purchases. This does absolutely nothing without a $54 in-app purchase. It's not free. It's $54 dollars. Why waste my time? I'm not paying that. I'll use my physical copy of the book. Just don't say it's free when that is completely devoid of any sincerity.

The book is a must have in medicine, however, the free version of the app does not provide enough content to entice me to want to purchase the full version.

Easy-to-use alphabetical listing of tests. Love the SmartLink, I can quickly and easily access any related disease and diagnostic topics. Highly recommend this app!
