Then the ink is too poor to scan with a phone. Now it is limit one and the app lags. Many deals don’t even surface. I was supposed to get a free milkshake from referring a friend. I got to the restaurants and sue the workers and managers, they don’t know and can’t help. Their rewards are filled with restrictions that make it difficult to use. Baker’s drive throughs used to have the best customer service with the politest employees and it’s terrible now. Always messing up orders, rude and incompetent employees that couldn’t care less. I used it to get the chocolate milk that Baker’s now serves. I referred friends and received a free milkshake for each one signing up. I would like to have it see if I am doing pick up have some sort of bar code that is scanned at the pick up window to imedatly notify them I have arrived and to pull my order. This would really help slot especially during the luch and dinner rush times. Also have it show in the app how long my order will take before it is ready and have it modify me when it is ready for pick up. ### 3/5 — Error Validating Basket *2024-09-12* When i have “2 original tacos” in my basket it gives me an error stating “Error Validating Basket”. idk if its just the Calimesa location, but it happens every time i try to order 2 tacos. The tacos taste like they changed the type of beef or something. Whatever it is, it’s a downgrade.
