## What is Baker's Percentage Notebook?

Ever changed your flour amount mid-recipe and had to redo every other ingredient by hand? Or needed to fit a recipe into a different pan and had no idea how much to scale it?

Baker's Percentage Notebook handles both, so the math never gets between you and the dough.

■ Baker's percentage, both directions
Set your flour as 100% and track every other ingredient as a percentage of it. Change the flour amount from 300g to 450g and every ratio stays exactly the same — scaling a recipe up or down is instant.

■ Back-calculate from what you have on hand
"I have 250g of water and want 70% hydration — how much flour do I need?" Enter the ingredient weight and its baker's percentage, and the app calculates the flour amount for you.

■ Scale to a different pan (round, square, or loaf)
Enter the dimensions of your current pan and the pan you want to bake in — in cm or inches — and the recipe scales automatically based on the volume ratio between them.

■ Hydration at a glance
Every liquid ingredient (water, milk, and more) is totaled automatically into a hydration percentage, shown right on the main screen.

■ Save your recipes
Save a formula with a name and a note, then load it back anytime and adjust it for the day's flour amount or pan (3 free, unlimited with Premium).
