Baker’s Percentage is a focused iOS calculator for bread formulas, batch scaling, flour splits, extra ingredients, and effective hydration.

This version adds target dough scaling by loaf count, a clearer weighing sheet, optional second flour, editable extra ingredients, effective hydration from ingredient water content, and local saved recipes with duplicate and delete actions.

The interface has also been refreshed with a cleaner calculator layout, quick controls, ingredient presets, and built-in help for hydration, yeast, and salt.
