I bought this app a few days ago and have tried repeatedly to add my ingredients. This app freezes up and hardly recognizes finger taps to move on. Several times I have had to close the app out completely and try to add my ingredients again. I have an iPhone 13pro max and don’t have these issues with any other app. As a small business owner who does it all, this is a time waster to make it work. I feel if this app responded properly it would be great, but I really haven’t gotten much past the two ingredients I’ve added.

**Developer response:** Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration you've encountered while using our app. We understand how valuable your time is as a business owner, and it's disappointing to hear that you are facing issues with adding ingredients- which is the basics required for the app.

We have since upgraded the app and would like to invite you to try it again? Additionally, we are consistently working on improvements to enhance the app's performance and usability.

If you continue to experience difficulties, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at support@techoasis.co.za. We'd love to assist directly and resolve any issues you're facing.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to continue providing you with a better app and solution to your business!
