The app loads and the scrolls through several screens on it's own.  The next button disappears and all you can do is go back and forth reading the disclaimer.  Maybe it's not compatible on a iPhone 4.  I hope they fix it.

App worked perfectly.  People behind the scenes were very responsive. The next day the graffiti was painted over. Thank you!
