In the past I've also reported graffiti and they also came out within a day or two. If you have potholes or graffiti in your neighborhood take advantage of this app at least something will be getting done. 👍🏾 job. 😊 ### 5/5 — Community involvement *2015-04-22* I think it's great that technology is finally allowing us to give direct, instant feedback to our local gov't so that the will of the people can finally be fulfilled. There’s a particular service that i like to/need to use but I can’t because this discrepancy. Please work on this so all the citizens of the city can utilize this app and the services provided with ease. ### 1/5 — Still Doesn’t Work Properly *2018-06-20* Still can not submit a request. Contacted developer several times and updated the app with no resolution. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — App isn't working *2015-01-20, version 1.7.4* I have tried to input my information in the settings tab and it keeps clearing it then trying to report a problem is not allowing me to submit. It will just leave you on a loading wheel. ### 3/5 — Redlining the county *2023-05-01* Would’ve gotten 5 stars. But unfortunately the app only allows you to help the in the city. Which in my opinion is completely unethical and is borderline a fair housing violation. The people in charge of this app know exactly where to send county reports. Yet for some reason, they expect us to file our reports directly with the county over the phone. I don’t know why they want to refuse to work with the county because it would be extremely simple and convenient if they just forwarded all the county request to the appropriate office. Instead they just give you the number and expect you to do their job. ### 4/5 — Very useful app *2016-01-02, version 1.8.7* This app is very useful and easy to use - most reports are handled and taken care of within 24-48 hrs. ### 4/5 — ? *2015-12-23* It should not be necessary to go through two steps just to take a photo. For safety reasons the user should be able to get the GPS location locked in before doing other things so they can move to a safer location to complete the report. Why is it necessary to supply a title to complete this report? ### 4/5 — Helpful App but Map Feature Doesn't Always Function *2014-10-17* Useful app for reporting items. They should add more categories or an "other" option for items reported. App map function also does not function properly when switching between list/map options for browsing nearby reports (bug reported several times with unhelpful/obvious user end fixes proposed by customer service without resolving actual bug). Overall a good app that does the job though so 3 stars. Update: bug squashed fixing map issues going back and forth between list/map view. Map functions correctly now. They should add a function to delete old/closed items reported. They added more categories to categorize reports more accurately. It keeps failing. ### 5/5 — Real deal!!! *2020-06-05* So, I used this app to report a homeless encampment that was really close to a house I have rented out. My tenants informed me that there were a lot of people walking around at night and walking close the the windows etc.. I wasn’t sure what to do. I cane across this app. I didn’t know if it even would work, but I tried it! I am glad I did because the encampment was all cleaned up and gone!!! Super thankful!! Thank you for doing such a great job!!! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2019-10-25* I was skeptical at first but I decided to download the app thinking “what do I have to lose?” There was a huge homeless encampment under a bridge that has been there for months and the city had no idea but I took a picture and reported it. I pick up trash in the fairfax, Alfred Harrell Hwy area but sometimes the large trash dumps or larger items are too much for me to handle. My requests are usually completed within 5 business days. Problems I've reported (illegal dumping and graffiti) have been addressed in less than 24 hours. You can skip the picture if it bothers you to do two steps. While a picture helps, it's not mandatory. Simply click "report without photo". Then tap the location on the map and describe the problem. (You don't necessarily have to do that either--if it's graffiti at xyz address, they'll find it.)
