Let's weigh exactly to bake delicious bread! When Weigh bread ingredients using baker's percentage, isn't it troublesome to hit the calculator one by one to calculate? This app will automatically calculate the amount of each ingredient from the total amount of flour. All you have to do in advance is to create a recipe and register baker's percentage. You can copy the recipe you made, so you can freely make a another recipe. (e.g; you can make the recipe for raisin bread based on the copied recipe for bread.) In the material list for books or classrooms, the number and size of finished products may be stated, for example, "amount for 6 pieces" or "1 loaf of bread mold". In this app, you can also record them as a reference amount. Don't worry about how much flour to prepare when baking bread! ※Calculate the quantity to two decimal places for accurate weighing. It’s made such a huge difference in my baking journey. The way it uses baker's percentage has really helped me scale my recipes effortlessly and get a nice grasp on ingredient ratios. Honestly, this app is a game-changer for any baker who’s serious about their craft! ### 3/5 — Useful . . . but . . . *2024-08-06* Would be more useful if you started with the gross weight instead of the flour weight. For example, I want to make 6 Rolls at 150g each so instead of adding the flour weight I’d enter either the total weight of 900g and the app would work out all the ingredient weights inc flour or alternatively, enter the number of rolls and weight of a single roll. This alleviates the need to work out the flour weight first. ### 4/5 — Good app *2022-01-05, version 1.1* I love that the amounts are automatically calculated. But I would like to have the total dough weight calculated.
