Please add a category where we can see the items we've already bought. Please make items searchable by category. The ads kill this game for me, right now it won't even let me play bc it says to update it, I'm rerouted to the App Store and it's nothing to update; or when I click on it takes me into an ad and the ads are the worst, bc you're in the ad for 5 minutes and there is no x to click so u have to completely close the game and come back! I don’t understand why some of my neighbors have so many ovens & stoves out at one time & I can only put out 18 or 19 at a time. It’s 49 gems to unlock one appliance after I put the 18 appliances out. But they need to fix the ads when you open the game it's freaking ridiculous, way way way too many. If you are going to place ads, at least give us gems for it!! I’ve been playing this game before it had ads, just the annoying pop ups for the other games they used to advertise. I would always play for a while and then stop then pick it up again and then stop. I put a lot of money into the game as well. I typically buy gems when they go on sale usually the 100 or 275 pack. However I’m completely disgusted with the ads in the game after this latest update. Every time you touch the ovens it’s ads, ads, ads 🫩😭. It’s completely disruptive to the playing experience and extremely frustrating as someone who’s put money into the game. Too bad devs haven’t implemented some system where you can get ads or just like $2.99 to be ad free. The game used to be ad free. It also used to be affordable for with the in game coins and many of the decorations weren’t locked behind gems like expanding your bakery. The game was golden some years ago but over time it’s only gotten worse and devs more greedy. I’ll likely stop spending what money I already was and put the game down permanently. The fonts are soo big and when you use the serve all food feature, it doesn’t sync, the food still sits there and when you cook again, it doesn’t stay, the progress doesn’t save. The goals are set up to where you have to request parts from neighbors to build machines. It’s between 10 (for very old machines) and 72 parts for building. We can only request 20-some odd parts per day. They want you to spend money. The UI is clunky and hasn’t been updated, but the advertisements sure do work every single time. The goals aren’t fun anymore, they’re not achievable unless you spend real life money or make a dish, delete it and make a new one to farm for parts. That’s awful. The show bakery, like the default npc character that can’t be removed from friends list? The food in that bakery is all spoiled and gross. It hasn’t been updated in a decade. A DECADE. Disappointing and insulting ### 1/5 — Full of bugs & ads, poor development *2026-08-17, version 1.9.9* So many bugs, so many pop up ads… every time an update is implemented something major goes wrong & the game is not playable for hours at a time. …, this time it’s the cash registers that disappear making it impossible to play. … every time they release a new one the same problem accurs, what a joke this company is, they’ve been failing for years to make this game playable, and it takes months for fixes as they just keep copying buggy items. Don’t ever give them a single dollar, they simply don’t earn it, their staff are not capable & clearly the managers just don’t care, they just keep pushing the purchase angle despite the game being unplayable. Over 10 years of repetitive bugs and they still can’t update their own game without impacting every player. I play this game every day, and it’s wonderful. The only thing I find difficult is the 15 day goals. They take a lot of time to complete and I barely finish them on time. Sometimes, I even have to spend gems just to complete the goal.
