The chat interface is brilliant, but it is just sloppy and inconsistent. Active Plan (critical for reminders & next steps) do not appear reliably (like one out of five times). Live Activities are only populate on iPhone: on watch and every els, it’s a grey rectangle: this is beyond lazy and sloppy. Please review and test your own app before shipping it. This app has a fantastic concept; it’s insulting how poorly it is executed. ### 1/5 — USELESS *2026-07-03* I have followed the instructions given and initially I asked for the timing to be every 12 hours on my US eastern daylight time, but my feeding reminders were occurring in the middle of the night. Only when I did some digging did I find out that it had me listed as living in Helsinki Finland I have tried two starters one from a friend and one that I purchased online because neither one was working. I have been faithful in my feelings. I have purchased a water bath to be certain that the starter does not fluctuate in temperature since it needs such constant temperature attention and have failed twice the app helped for a little while and then it stopped helping I have no idea what caused it to stop giving me times for feeding even after I change the timing I am totally frustrated and it is ridiculous for a bot to tell me it certainly understands my frustration. Get a grip on reality because you cannot understand my frustration if you are simply AI. Don’t waste your money. **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed review. To clarify one point first: the app is currently free, with no subscription or in-app purchases at this time. If you were charged for anything, please contact us, as that should not be possible. The issues you have described are on our end, not yours, the wrong location and timezone, the overnight reminders, and the feeding times stopping. You should not have had to dig to find the cause. We are actively working on all of it and the fixes will be included in upcoming releases. Your point about the automated reply is fair, and we are changing how those responses are written. We are constantly working to improve the app, and this review gave us specific things to fix. Thank you for that. ### 1/5 — “Fernandough” and I are sad it doesn’t work 😥 *2026-03-09* From the main screen when I enter my email to login, it gets stuck on that screen. It won’t go past that. There are no options to do anything on that screen, except enter my email to login, and it doesn’t work. Please fix this, because I was super excited for this app! ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-12-27* I downloaded the app multiple times trying to get it to work and it just sticks on the main screen ### 3/5 — Informative *2026-01-25* Informative but if I ask too many questions I have to wait 19 hours to ask again. I wanted to let you know we’ve improved this feature - we now use a monthly limit instead of a daily reset, which gives much more flexibility.
