## What is BakeSlot?

One more cake for Saturday? Check your plan before saying yes.

BakeSlot brings baking schedules and recipe costing together for home bakeries, independent cake makers and small baking businesses. Plan around your own recipes, working hours and equipment, without an account or required cloud storage.

CHECK AN ORDER BEFORE ACCEPTING
Enter quantities, pickup times and a proposed price. Compare the additional order with the work you have already accepted. See the working time and oven space it needs, where conflicts appear and which later deadlines fit the calculated schedule.

INCLUDE YOUR OWN WORK
Calculate ingredients, packaging, active labor and the overhead you choose to allocate. Separate sales revenue, cost coverage and estimated surplus per active working hour. Set your target hourly pay and adjust your pricing assumptions.

PLAN YOUR BAKING DAY
Connect preparation, baking, cooling, decorating and packing. Define the duration, sequence and resources each step needs. View the work on a clear timeline. When something runs late, review a revised plan before applying changes.

ORGANIZE RECIPES AND QUANTITIES
Scale your own recipes, combine ingredients into a shopping list and keep track of orders. Use metric or supported imperial units. Different types of measurement are kept separate unless an appropriate conversion is available.

WORK LOCALLY
Recipes and orders are stored on your device. Planning works offline. Export your data, create a backup file and share PDF work plans or CSV data. Optional local reminders help you follow your plan.

START FREE
The free version includes up to three recipes, five open orders, basic single-order planning and one real multi-order capacity check to try. BakeSlot Pro adds ongoing multi-order capacity checks, multiple ovens, replanning and additional planning summaries. Your own data remains readable and exportable without Pro.

PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Pro is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. The store shows the price, billing period and total charge before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple or Google account. Purchases and periodic subscription checks require internet access; existing working data remains available offline.

Results depend on the information you enter. BakeSlot does not replace professional checks of baking processes, food safety, taxes or pricing, and does not guarantee capacity or profit. Optional Sentry error diagnostics are sent only with your consent.
