I’ve sent them money, they were asking for too many documents such as passport/visa, tax return, bank statement even immigration officers won’t ask you for that many documents. So I wanted my refund back they told me it’ll take 12 days for the money to be returned +£20 charge. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t received my money. Now I contacted them again after 2 weeks and they told me it well take another 2 weeks for the money to be returned.

من مدتی سه سال است که از طریق Bakhter money transfer به اعضای فامیل خود در‌افغانستان پول میفرستم کاملا یک بانک مطمین و با سرعت و نرخ خوب نسبت به دیگر بانک ها در انگلستان می‌باشد به تمام افغان های عزیز مقیم در انگلستان توصیه می‌کنم که پول تانرا از طریق بانک باختر به افغانستان بفرستید .
