Being a professional sailor and chef, I decided it was time that boat food improves and so Baking on Boats was born! 52 recipes which can be created in any small galley/kitchen. All recipes have been created in a traditional boat kitchen consisting of a 3 ring gas burner and the dreaded un-even temperature gas boat oven. Along with some of my favourite gadgets such as a blender and “Simon” the sous vide! I hope you enjoy the recipes I have put together here. Fantastic! Realizing that cooking in a boat kitchen could translate beautifully to our RV and of course to home as well, we downloaded the app. The recipes are creative, straightforward (without being bland), and a fantastic resource for finding new ways to cook favorite fish (and more). Thank you Rosie! ### 5/5 — I confess *2020-09-14, version v1.2* I am not much of a baker or a cook, but I had the treat of having Rosie at the chef on my charter in March 2020 and I loved everything she cooked. This app has inspired me to try to cook/ bake. At least some of her desert recipes. BTW Rosie - I did not see the coconut cream pie recipe.
