We were lucky enough to try the real thing from Captain/Chef Rosie.  Fantastic!  Realizing that cooking in a boat kitchen could translate beautifully to our RV and of course to home as well, we downloaded the app.  The recipes are creative, straightforward (without being bland), and a fantastic resource for finding new ways to cook favorite fish (and more).

I am not much of a baker or a cook, but I had the treat of having Rosie at the chef on my charter in March 2020 and I loved everything she cooked.   This app has inspired me to try to cook/ bake.  At least some of her desert recipes.  

BTW Rosie - I did not see the coconut cream pie recipe.   I hope I don’t need to wait too long before you add that one!
