Sincerely, Bakkal ### 1/5 — Right off the bat it doesn’t work *2022-11-10, version 1.4.30* It keeps pinning my location as a few blocks away and when I try to manually type my address in, it just loads forever. Maybe it that worked I’d get to see more of the app, but I can’t get past the first thing. **Developer response:** Thank you for your attention and review. You can update the application and start looking for ethnic groceries in our app. Regards, Team Bakkal ### 1/5 — Not sure if it’s real or a scam *2022-01-08, version 1.4.1* I’ve placed an order in the evening to be delivered the next day and the website says 90 minute for delivery. The next day two hour after the store open which I should have been received my delivery it shows that the order is never been processed. I called the store the order was made from and the lady told me she doesn’t even know what I’m talking about, she doesn’t even know what is an online order I ask if there’s someone else I can talk to she said no. Trying to call the support on the app is impossible the only have Voicemail, they don’t have taxability just send us a message and will contact you. When I download the app or even send him a message about a question I had and they never got back to me which was over 24 hours, so I guess you should stick with only the companies you know unfortunately we try to help the small businesses but they don’t even wanna work with us **Developer response:** Dear Liorzak, We have investigated your claim.
