Either, ‘no barcode recognised’ or redirected to the google search page. The moment the barcode starts to enter into the alignment frame, the app instantly takes you to a google shopping page that doesn’t even remotely relate to the item your scanning. It happened so fast that at first I thought that I was being redirected to an ad. It keeps a record of previously scanned codes so you can go back to weblink if needed to. I tried taking a photo of a barcode, but the app didn’t recognise it, that said if you have the app on your phone why do you need to take a photo of the barcode.
