i have tried to verify my identity a dozen times, on a dozen different wifi networks and with cellular data, to no avail. gonna be stuck using cash for the next two weeks so that’ll be fun

It’s absolutely ridiculous and impossible to get verified even with super fast internet connection, after weeks of trying I’ve just given up on this app

Was working but they released a big feature change and now it is broken. It should be processing payments directly with your merchant but you can’t link a card. Was not properly tested prior to release. In theory that sounds great but it does not work. Might as well roll back to a version where customers are happy until the bug is fixed instead of leaving a broken version public.

Who knows if it works. The app doesn’t resize on the screen very well, it’s not possible to re enter your birthdate if you make a mistake, the passport photo upload doesn’t detect information and the selfie verification gets stuck.

Going on a border run to Bavet and wanted to download this app.  Get all the way to the end to submit information and always get error thst I need to check my internet connection.  My internet for Wi-Fi and cellular is great.  You just need to fix your connection or servers.

The app is so useless that the face verification cannot even function properly. Specifically, face verify does not even give enough time. Any data recorded is lost. Waste of time. The bugs need to be addressed for this app to be viable.
