### 1/5 — The dumbest idea of an app

This app is impractical. Queueing  machines are way faster and easier to use. Why do I need to register to get a number for a queue? Additionally, it is that user unfriendly to employe people to guide you through it. If you think that you will be served from the first ticket, you are wrong. It took me 3 tickets to get served. This app is poorly integrated with the service centers they use it and if the 40 second service time is passed, you are highly likely to book another ticket because you won’t be served with the original one.

Absolutely useless! Made the crowds X10 bigger and caused more chaos than organizing. It a bigger “Dor” rather than making it balador

الخدمة كانت جيده و لكن غير عمليه.
لذلك بطل حد يتعامل معكم بال city mall.
الافضل تفكرو بشيء جديد
