## What is Balairaq?

Balairaq is a multi-vendor marketplace for Iraq. Independent sellers open their own shops on one platform, and you buy from them in one app. Every shop lists its own offers, prices and stock, and each product page shows who sells it, the price and the delivery options.

What you can do in the app
- Browse categories, brands and shop pages, or search the whole marketplace by typing or by voice: tap the microphone in search and say what you need.
- Filter results by brand, condition, availability and price, in the display currency you choose (IQD, USD or AED).
- See every offer for a product: the seller, the price, new or used, and what is in stock. On products that have a 3D model, open it and turn it around.
- Add products to your cart and place an order for delivery. Pay cash on delivery or with the other payment methods a shop offers at checkout.
- Follow your orders and their status. When a delivery is out with a courier you can see the courier's first name, call them, and use the handover code; once the courier picks your order up you can follow it on a live map.
- Request a return and attach photos of the item.
- Ask a seller about a product, request a quote, or request a product that is not listed yet.
- Save products to your wishlist and look at used and refurbished items.
- Use the app in English, Arabic, Kurdish (Sorani) or Persian.
- Manage your account, your addresses and your security settings. You can delete your account from inside the app: Account, Delete account.

Sell on Balairaq
Want your own shop? Apply to become a seller from the app. Approved sellers manage their products, offers and orders from the app.

What you will find today
The catalogue is strongest in tools and industrial equipment: power tools, welding, pumps and motors, valves, measuring instruments, fuel equipment, lifting and HVAC. More categories are added as new sellers join.

For couriers
Couriers can accept and complete deliveries in courier mode. Your location is requested only in courier mode, only while you are delivering an active order, and you can switch sharing off at any time.

Balairaq is operated by Alyonani General Trading Co. Ltd., Erbil, Iraq. Questions: info@balairaq.com or +964 773 886 1966.
