Without any knowledge of astrology, just to earn some money, any random astrologer submits an easily obtainable certificate stating they know astrology but they know nothing, they are here only for money. In fact one of the astrologers had a real image and name but upon chatting, it was a chatbot. Upon raising a ticket when one of the astrologers abruptly ended the chat, there was no response. Internet being working good but app was not able to load any astrologer. Even I was not able to receive otp it came after 15 minutes of trying to login. This was my first experience with this app and there is nothing. Honestly, I also heard they hire some employees from their competitors just to fetch information about the product and once they’re done with the information they just throw them. If this is how they work in just the beginning of a new app then you can imagine how they work.
