I’ve had so many issues - not be able to book in or even go on to a waiting list despite booking 47.5 hours before a class, being on a waiting list but not progressing up the list even as I can see bookings going down, being on a waiting list and actually being bumped down. Super frustrating - I don’t trust the app and it influences how I feel about the gym (not in a positive way).

Have I struck this on a bad day. The timetable does not match the clubs website. I can’t change dates, I can’t change the session I am looking for. It is a total waste of time at this point.

This app is very useful and well designed. My only criticism is that it would be helpful to have the info regarding bookings on each class (class full, too early to book etc.), instead of coming up after attempting to book.

I love this gym it’s such an important part of the community! I love the way it caters to all ages and abilities! 
It has the best personal trainers I have ever met ! I have never been as consistent in any other gym!

It would be even better if more people could be on the waiting list or if someone couldn’t turn up (even when it is under 2 hours) that others could fill the spot. Sometimes Pilates reformers are free and yet the class says full.

It’s a good app that makes booking classes easy. You can’t change your home gym on the app tho. This has to be done by the gym which I found odd, and the app did not tell you this.

What a great place to exercise!  The 48hrs in advance bookings for Pilates Reformer doesn’t achieve its purpose though. Great staff and instructors.
