Bummer :( Update: the developer replied and it does work with Cleveland. 3 stars instead of 1 since this is poor design and frustrating to figure out **Developer response:** Hey there! But it used to have a check-in button for when you arrive at the pickup spot. Now, if you text the number on the sign it tells you that you can check in on the app, but that button is gone. **Developer response:** Hey there! One thing I have had issues with multiple times is that I will place an order in the app, and when I go pick up my food they say the order was never in their system. I always get an email with my order summary, the total is charged to my card, and it usually shows up on my app. This hasn’t happened once this has happened more than 4 times. I am not sure what is wrong if it’s my account or the app, but it makes me not want to use their curbside service and wait to order their food until we can go in person to place orders. **Developer response:** Thank you so much for taking the time to provide feedback on your app experience. Stop trying to push people to your data-harvesting app if your website works just fine. ### 1/5 — Perrysburg location isn't available *2025-10-11* The Toledo and Cleveland locations are available on the app but Perrysburg isn't. Tried to order online and the pop up to download the app is in the way. Wish they made it easier for customers to order from them! **Developer response:** Hey there! Going through the QR code on the coupon doesn't work, downloading the app through the Appstore doesn't work either. Every time I open this app it just says "application failed to load" and asks me to either restart or send an error log. Guess I won't be getting that free bubble tea🤷🏻‍♂️ ### 1/5 — App won’t work, it just says that it will restart over and over again. *2023-08-10* The app has stopped working completely. Uninstall and reinstall doesn’t fix it. Restart phone doesn’t fix it. I had to go inside and there were people there. This is the last time. I was going to get a sweatshirt with all of the points. I tried many times to get them back, called many numbers, and emailed many people. Nothing is working and it still says i have 0 points.
