And have not been able to get any technical support so far. The hoverboards are fun, but with eager (and still developing) young boys, I was keen to have this app for safety support. Just something to think about before buying the boards through this company! ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2025-12-26, version 1.0* Absolutely useless. Can’t connect the hoverboard. The app searches for the hoverboard o Bluetooth but it goes way too fast and there is no way to work out which one is the hoverboard to connect. You “turn on/ turn off” the Bluetooth in the app to try fix it then you can’t do anything. ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2024-12-26* App hardly works and is very limited. (( It does not work great, but it is the only app the developer makes that will connect to this particular model.
