Everything is targeted well and it also gives common pitfalls, so you can self-correct. It helps you also understand *why* and *how* the exercises work, and for many exercises I've gone from just learning them to teaching them to my friends! There's something for every level of skater in here! One distinction is the coaches don't just want to help you become a better skater. They believe in growing you as a person, and their approach reflects that. One other review said they could only login. That's because signups have to happen on balancedskaters.com where you can also view the same exercises on desktop!
