once i got into the app, it told me to log in. i tried to look for a sign in button but there was none. how do i log in if i can’t even create an account?

I pay $20 a month to be a member of Balanced Skaters yet the app still won’t let me log in. Is there a reason for this?

I have nothing but immense gratitude to Balanced Skaters for delivering such a wealth of details and body mechanics for figure skaters!! Everything is targeted well and it also gives common pitfalls, so you can self-correct. It helps you also understand *why* and *how* the exercises work, and for many exercises I've gone from just learning them to teaching them to my friends! There's something for every level of skater in here!

One distinction is the coaches don't just want to help you become a better skater. They believe in growing you as a person, and their approach reflects that. 

One other review said they could only login. That's because signups have to happen on balancedskaters.com where you can also view the same exercises on desktop! Another said it resulted in spam texts -- that's absolutely not true since your phone number is not even collected, and correlation doesn't imply causation (i.e. it was just a coincidence).

The app is full of workouts that are fairly advanced as it progresses, very impressive how this was put together. Well worth the costs of the web membership given how much it is to have an off ice coach regularly.
