There are lots of apps out there, but only one Balanced. We are experts in helping people change their behaviour to improve health and well being and we have put all this knowledge into Balanced. We bring together the latest scientific evidence on helping people change their behaviour and package it together to help you know how much 
- quality sleep you get, 
- exercise you get, 
- time you spend sitting. 

We then give you the tools and tips you need to improve these behaviours. Why is this important? Lots of apps tell you how much sleep you get or exercise you do. But we take this information and combine it with proven strategies to help change your behaviour to improve your health.

Sign up experience is awful.  Let me what the app is about before asking me 20 questions.  Abandoned the app due to overload of questions.

Sign up flow is lengthy and clunk - two forms of 5+ questions, a few of which seemed repetitive 

For "experts in behavior change" I'm surprised how hard you made it to even get started. Then, the only three categories are active, inactive, and sleep. Which are too broad to be useful.

In this day and age, its absolutely inexcusable for releasing this kinda app!! I mean, do the appointment developes even realize it's v meant for mobile use?!?!? So many unoptimized text fields!! Lackluster and callously developed and designed
