### 1/5 — Worst app ever for wellbeing

Decided to use this and my first experience was the counsellor with login name Smiley C did not even introduce and all I received as a message was ‘are you there’ even after I flagged why I was there. When I mentioned it, the chat ended. The second chat, the counsellor introduced and was professional. She suggested a call and that will need some information and I kept waiting for it only for the session to expire. This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM in the name of wellbeing!

L’application aurait pu sortir il y a 10ans mais en 2026 une application si peu ergonomique, qui se déconnecte sans cesse et où il est compliqué d’avoir quelqu’un, n’a au final pas d’intérêt. Dommage c’était le but de cette app.

Login screens/video calls take over 4-6 mins to load, if they ever do. Cannot call counselors either. Worst mental health app I’ve ever used. Please ask your provider for any other app.
