اشتركت مع فريق Balans لي شهرين الان والتجربة اكثر من رائعه جدول تغذيه مرن وجدول تمارين ايضا  والمدرب يتابع كل اسبوع التغيرات و يركز عليها بالاسئلة والقياسات اشكر المدرب على المتابعة وتوجييه لي ولازالت مكمل معهم بإذن الله .

من يومين خلص اشتراكي مع تطبيق PALANS حبيت مره فكرة التطبيق وكيف سهّل عليه متابعة تماريني وتطوري بالاوزان وقياساتي مسجله اقدر بسهوله اشوف مدى تحسني والتمارين موضحه بالتفصيل بالفيديو ، نظام الاكل ابداً مافيه حرمان كل اللي نفسي فيه اقدر اكله باحتساب وبنفس الوقت اشوف نتائج حلوه . والحلو كمان انه التطبيق اقدر استخدمه حتى لما انتهى اشتراكي 😍😍 شكراً كثيييير فريق PALANS ولو فيه اكثر من خمس نجوم كان عطيتكم 👌🏻❤️

كنت مشتركه مع المدرب مشاري لفتره و الصراحه و نعم المدرب. استفدت منه الكثير و الي يفرقه عن المدربين الثانين ان كل شي يسويه يعلمك ليش سواه مو بس يخليك تتبعين خطوات بدون ما تعرفين ليش و كمان يخليك تعيشين و تتبعين lifestyle مو دايت و حرمان و هذا من اهم الاشياء الي تخلي الواحد يستمر. همه الاول و الوحيد المتدرب و ان يوصل لهدفه بافضل طريقه ممكنه.

اشتركت مع الكابتن مشاري وأشكره على حرصه ومتابعته معي لا في الأكل ولا في التمرين بشكل مختصر البرنامج رهيييييب لأبعد درجة فيه التمارين بالفيديو وعدد التكرارات المطلوبة منك وحتى تقدر تقارن أدائك بشكل دقيق والحمد لله حصلت على نتايج طيبة وعسى الله يوفقهم ويكتب لهم من نجاح إلى نجاح بالحلة الجديدة
