Welcome to Balanzs. You are now only a few clicks away from your next yoga class & a good mood. We have got a class for every mood, goal or level.
From Hot Yoga and Power Yoga, to Yin Yoga, Pilates, Barre and more.
Everybody is welcome to join our joyful, down to earth classes. More than 200 classes a week, in 6 studios in The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht and an online library with over 1.000 videos on demand!
At Balanzs we believe that people are at their best when they are kind. So that is why we are on a mission to spread kindfulness in the world. Through Yoga, mindfulness and meditation. More yoga = more happiness. That’s why one third of our profit will go to our Kindfulness Foundation, to make yoga accessible for all.
