I have subscribed balarama for 3 months and i could only open 31st july episode. Later i have triedto open the recent episode of balarama. But after several attempts the page was not opening and showing weird error message. Request you to please resolve this ASAP.

This app offers in app purchase . Bought subscription for 6 months
Received confirmation from Apple that payment is successful .
Even after 3 days after payment I am “not”able to use app.
**Contacted app support team they don’t have a clue about my purchase

Update 02/05/2018 :  customer support told there is no purchase option :-)

The app is a good attempt but there are many alignment issues in the app. If Manorama can include the nostalgic versions of Balarama for 90’s kids then that would be great.
