Tip - have the CEO take a friend to a store and use the app for coupons - don’t provide any instruction, just watch them - and the story will tell itself. **Developer response:** Hi! I just watched three cashiers ask customers to check the app for coupons and they all stopped the flow for at least two minutes. I used the self check out lane and put some things back.
