I got charged for a seat upgrade but my boarding pass didn’t show it because the app locked during the check-in process where I paid for the upgrade. When I emailed about the issue, they just sent me my boarding pass. No mention of resolving the seat upgrade I didn’t receive. **Developer response:** Good morning! The app will not put the passes in my apple wallet. Other really quirky stuff like sometimes the menus either don’t have the United States as an option, sometimes it’s estados unitos and sometimes I just have to pick Canada instead. The password requirements are unclear, and even passwords that appear to meet them are sometimes rejected. Also, why does the app force “Alternative Routes” instead of simply offering them as an option? Even more confusing, why does it initially show trips that don’t actually exist, only to force you onto an alternative route afterward?
