## What is Baler Management?

SUBSCRIPTION
Baler Management Pro is billed per company, not per user. Once your company
subscribes, everyone on your team gets full access. New companies get a 14-day
free trial with no restrictions. After the trial, an active subscription is
required to continue using the app.

Pro Baler Management Yearly — 12 months, ₹5,900

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24
hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for
renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage
or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID account settings.

Fixes for payment reports and bookings.

• Payments made to fuel pumps and workshops now show up in
  your reports. Previously these payments were recorded but
  did not appear in the Pump, Workshop or operating cost
  reports.
• Older pump and workshop payments are corrected
  automatically when you open the app — including payments
  you added by sharing a GPay screenshot. No action needed.
• Bookings now suggest the village address as you type, so
  repeat customers are faster to enter.
• Wages reports now update immediately when another admin
  changes a salary rate, instead of showing the old rate on
  an open report.
• Fixed an attendance issue affecting certain dates.

A cleaner Reports screen.

• The Reports screen has been redesigned. The vehicle
  report now sits at the top as a full-width card, and the
  other six reports are laid out in a grid below it, each
  with a short line describing what it covers.
• Paid booking cards are no longer tinted green, so the
  booking list is easier to read at a glance.

Your notes now appear in reports.

• Notes you write on a fuel or service record now show up
  in the report itself, in their own column — on the
  vehicle Service, Fuel and Cost reports, the Pump and
  Workshop reports, and Overall Cost to Operate.
• Wages reports show the note on each pay entry, plus the
  worker's standing note in the month summary. Both appear
  in the shared PDF as well.
• The voucher ledger now shows each voucher's narration on
  its tile, so you can find a payment without opening it.
• The Note column only appears when something in the
  period you are viewing actually has a note, so reports
  without notes stay the same width as before.

• Fixed: sharing a payment screenshot into the app now opens the
  correct payment screen for your company's setup — vouchers if you
  use advanced payments, the simple form if you don't.

• Fixed: payments made from a shared screenshot now save properly.
  Some payments were failing with a permission error while you typed.

• New app icon.
