Bali Family Finds has been a game‑changer for our trip!
The app made it so easy to keep track of our family’s data usage while in Bali, which took a huge stress off our shoulders. We also discovered activities we’d never even heard of before, and they ended up being some of our favourite experiences. Their vehicles were super comfortable for the whole family, and every driver we had was outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend for anyone travelling with family in Bali.

I downloaded the app before travelling to Bali recently and found the links to the visa and immigration forms very helpful to know I was on the official sites.  I also purchased an eSIM which I have previously done from somewhere else and had no luck getting it to work.  I decided to try again this time and the information  and steps to set up supplied by the BFF app were so helpful.  I printed them out and followed every step and I managed to get my eSIM activated before I left Australia and switch it on when I landed in Bali.  The advice was spot on!  Thankyou.  I will be getting my eSIM  from you every time now.  I also used the lists for packing prior to leaving and found them very helpful.

1st time Bali visitor here ! Decided to make life easy and brought an e sim off you guys . Initially I had a bit of difficulty setting it up ( probably a me thing 🤣) . But I contacted Todd and received excellent prompt service to rectify it . I had 10g and barely used a 1/4 for a week and I use a lot of snap chat . I would definitely use this service again ! Who wouldn’t want to support Aussies having a crack ! Great app guys. Well done 😄
