I hit 8m but it won’t let me buy anything I’ve reinstalled 2 times and still nothing I like this game but I want to get to the next map

Every time I re launch the app all the balls are gone and I just have 1 basic one. Also increasing the number of dominoes doesn’t do anything, even though it costs money.
