It uses scroll lock where the first column is frozen. So why does it have to be so unreadable. Are you a pill bottle with small print disclaimers. Just make it bigger. do you even use the app? ### 2/5 — So Much Potential *2022-11-15, version 4.2.1* I work at a club that uses this app, we were forced to switch to this app b/c the app we were using got bought out & discontinued. Unfortunately this app has given us many issues on things that it should be capable of doing. The app prefers to collect only email addresses for creating an account but there are many times that people don’t get email confirmations or when we use the mass email function to communicate with players in a class, they don’t get that email either. Why is only an email address a requirement for creating a profile? Especially if your email function doesn’t work properly. There are a few things that the app does that does not make any sense. Also, when communicating with the developers, I’m assuming they maybe frustrated too since their reply’s seemed rushed & undermining my intelligence. ### 2/5 — No Android, iOS only *2022-05-17, version 4.1.0* Rarely ever works on android, struggle to book courts and clinics. No issues on iOS though ### 4/5 — Needs work cannot figure out how to cancel court time *2021-10-28, version 3.3.5* Can **Developer response:** Hi, Please follow the following steps: Tap on Courts -> My Courts -> Tap on the event you want to cancel -> Tap Cancel And if your club allows you to cancel (each club has its own policy) then the tap on Cancel button will cancel your booking. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Can’t create a password *2021-06-20, version 3.1.7* Can’t create an account because when I try to create my password it just tells me the requirements my password needs to meet, as if I’m not meeting them, even though my password does meet the requirements it’s asking. Tried “App Support” but that just takes me to what looks to be a web version of the app, no where I can see to contact or get support on the issue UPDATE: the password doesn’t allow special characters, though in their requirements, they don’t mention that being the case. Once logged in, now the app immediately crashes the second I click on any date to book a court. ### 5/5 — Absolutely amazing *2018-09-17, version 1.0.8* This app is the most amazing out of all the apps that exist. Very nice interface, easy to use and find anything needed for a tennis enthusiast who travels and looking to play or book a court. And when it confirms it doesn’t say which day. I install, can’t look up any courts but instead get a message “invalid input syntax for type integer: 3.0”. Can’t really do anything else. I give up. ### 1/5 — Terrible UX *2024-02-05, version 4.3.1* I’m forced to use this app to book lessons for my child. I have to go through a trough of lessons to find the lesson I want. I find it, pay, and the app tells me it’s confirmed but I don’t see my bookings in the app at all as upcoming. Not a satisfying feeling to fork over $150 and then left to wonder if it’s booked or not. I tried once with Apple Pay then added my CC directly. So not only don’t I know if I booked it, I may have booked twice. Wonderful. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2023-11-22, version 4.3.0* This app is garbage. I refuse to go to any tennis or sports club that uses this service. You can’t ever look up your reservations or cancel them. The interface feels like it was coded and designed by a middle school kid. For My Courts, it’s automatically sorted by the days and not the dates so if you have a court scheduled for Saturday it will be on the bottom. This creates some confusion thinking your next reservation is the top one. The other main improvement needs is to show your partners on the same reservations since if you have multiple reservations and with different partners, there is no way to tell which players that your next reservation has. Update: the new update did provide the partners’ names but only if you’re the one that did the reservation of the courts. It would be great if the rest of the partners can also see all of the partners not just the one that reserved it. Update: the developer made the improvements that I was looking for. Thanks! ### 5/5 — Yes! *2020-10-05, version 2.5.4* Mainly, my "rivalry" consisted of coworkers and a few friends. But the challenge was to find a good time for us to play. Discovering BallButton was a breath of fresh air. I matched up with some fantastic folks throughout the last year and a half, with various levels of proficiency. Some days I'd be the Pro, and some days I'd be the one learning a trick or two...or ten. Now staring at my gear collecting dust, I am looking forward to the day when the matchmaking is up and running. Get the app and get acquainted with it.
