Has happened on 2 of the 4 games I’ve kept stats for so far. Fairly intuitive, but don't expect to use straight after download...it has a few quirks. Customer service is great. It has made my life so much easier as an AD. I can send reports after the game straight to the other coaches and ADs. That's where my four stars come in though. Sometimes the app has trouble sending these emails. It freezes or never sends them at all. Only bug. Easy to set up teams and track a game. Good interface. But don't make a mistake while tracking a game! If you realize right away, you can undo the last action, but if you don't, your error is carved in stone. Sometimes. You may be able to fix, but takes a long time, and you will miss the plays you are supposed to record. And, say you give a foul to the wrong player - you can never fix it. Data will say it is fixed in one view but not another. On the right track, but without error correction it's pretty tough. ### 4/5 — Great App *2016-02-06, version 4.1* Haven't tried to do reports yet, still getting used to all the in game features. ### 2/5 — It looks and holds data but can't report out *2016-01-29* The concept and some of the features like schedule build and the number of teams you can add are great. This helps for I coach 3 teams and want all the analytics I can get. However I have a serious problem being able to generate or produce reports. Some reports are incomplete such as box scores and player reports or you can see the data in box scores but it want transfer those same stats to say team reports by player. It's from game to game and report to report so the same issue doesn't appear twice. The frustrating part is I put time in adding the information for my teams but can't provide reports are even use reports for scouting or player development! This app is more like a streak shooter some times you love it and others you are looking for the next sub **Developer response:** These problems have been fixed. When I click on the app, it briefly goes to a screen with 'Ballers' on it, then immediately crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same thing. After entering players scores on a game, I wanted to check team stats, couldn't find what I was looking for, went back to the game and all the scores I entered for my players were now added to the other team and all my players were set back to zero points. Deleted app shortly later. Great idea for an app...poor execution though. ### 1/5 — Should be a free app!! *2012-12-17, version 2.0* This app is not worth $3.99!!! Not very user friendly and constantly just quits. Very difficult to set up and understand with no instructions at all. The app constantly crashes. I have had games wiped out in the middle of the game, lost stats, reports don't work, some reports cause it to crash, it designates the wrong player for certain actions sometimes. I purchased the app last season and hoped the updates would help. I still can not make it through one game. Simple and easy. I love the reports. Unfortuately, it is impossible to find when searching the itunes store. I'm not sure what the issue is. I was lucky enough to come across it a few years ago and there for its backed up in my icloud. I cant find it for my assistance coaches to utiliize tho. After trying so many different apps I was fairly competent of the basics of team, player, and game set ups but I did appreciate the tutorials offered. Parents and coaches like the reports and the coaches haven't even begun to tap into all the "white board" functions.
