First of all, I love to practice ballet at home and make my own choreography! I decided to download this app to improve my technique, and thought there would be more songs to choose from. When they advertised it had many classical songs that I was excited to use. My problem for this game is that we need to get more songs that you wouldn’t have to pay for! I would extremely appreciate if the creators of this app made more songs available. I like this app but what I am asking would make it the BEST!! Thank you and I hope you consider my concern.

My favorite ballet class app (barreNotes) stopped working with the new iPhone so I gave this one a try because I want to change tempos of music when I teach. If you use the tempo change feature on this app it distorts the music so much it sounds horrible and is undancable. And you can not change tempos of your personal added albums, only the music they provide (which is all a bit odd choices). If you do try to incorporate your own albums into this app, it puts all the songs out of order making it very cumbersome to teach a class. Grand allegro might come after plies and so on….  Not going to keep using this unless they make major changes and I’d really like a refund on all the music I purchased through their app trying to get it to work.

Yes there’s a cost but you would also pay for a pianist for class-yes?   The difference ballets are great for students to learn

Why is there bitterness about buying more than the one included single piece? This app is more generous than many; it appears the included music is fully functional regarding speed and length. I haven't explored in detail- I wasn't looking for a ballet app- but you may be able to import your music from Apple music? Don't quote me on that.

Too many photo editing apps charge blindingly high subscriptions- hundreds of £€$₿¥, etc. It's refreshing to see decency exists in dance. 🎶

I say that I wish most of the albums were free because I am a ballet dancer it is very sad I would get them but they are like 10 or more dollars or is crazy. But other wise the songs are great when I want to practice at home. The app gives to music to dance to and to be honest I love ballet it is just my jam. Fun fact about me I have been doing ballet for 6 years

What I love about the app:

- ability to modify the number of barres, and tempos
- many great pieces of music and time signatures to choose from
- option to add a delay before the music plays
All of these points give my rating it’s three stars!

But here’s why I currently feel like it’s no longer a five star app:

-purchases I made on my iPad are not transferable to the app I have on my phone, which is a Samsung. There seems to be no way to carry over the same account to a different device, meaning I had to re-purchase previously purchased songs and re-create playlists. This is time consuming, costly to the consumer and overall inefficient.
- When looking to purchase new songs on the iPad version of the app (the version I work with when in studio), the playback doesn’t work so I can’t hear the music. I then have to use the app on my phone. This is fidgety, and using my phone while teaching is not my professional standard, and this makes interacting with the app frustrating.
- I rented every song for a month but my suggestion is to not do this! It was hard to find the songs I had originally had in order, instead I just had a list of every single song, from every album, in each category. It would be helpful if there was a subscription where you can pick your own songs, and create your own playlists from all of the songs available.

Finally, when you press the help button and try to reach customer service the app crashes, lol! Go figure. This was on my iPad, I did not try my phone as it is only meant to be used as a back up.

Downloaded as the idea of being able to choose bar length and speed was really appealing. Discovered the amount of included music is very small and you have to buy or rent further music. Even have to pay £6.99 to access MY OWN iTunes library through the app!! Please make this clear in the app description as it’s very misleading. The photos even show a full music library, but there is actually only 12 songs available without paying for more. Very disappointed. 3 stars as concept is good.

I got recommended this app, so I had high expectations. First: there is only like 12 songs in total, and that is not enough for a normal ballet class, and second: you have to buy the albums. If you don’t want to pay for them in some point the app will tell you to pay for your membership. Very sad because today you can’t find many ballet music apps other than Apple Music.

I’ve paid over $50 over the past few days to try and get either a one week or one month rental so I could teach my classes but I still have no access and unsure when my refund will process. Loved this app until now super disappointing.

Задумка хорошая. Но жадность все портит. После подключения возможности добавлять свою музыку, оказалось что ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ НАМЕРЕННО ИСКАЖАЕТ КАЧЕСТВО. Слушать и заниматься под такое невозможно. Больше не открываю, выброшенные деньги.

Appleに返金請求したのに認められませんでした。使えないものを買わせて返金も無しはちょっとひどいです。

I love this app. It works brilliantly for open ballet class with lots of options for each section of the class. Being able to link other playlists and slow music down is a brilliant teaching tool. 🩷

ich bin zwar Ballettfan, aber weder Gesellschafts– noch Balletttänzer.
Ich nutze die App, um mir bei Gelegenheit etwas von den netten Klavierstückchen anzuhören. Dass man dabei je nach Laune das Tempo verändern kann, ebenso wie die Laufdauer, ist eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, fie Klavierparts in verschiedenen Varianten zu hören.
Ich gestehe ehrlich, dass ich nur die kostenfreie Version mit nur einem Album habe, mich auch nicht abonnieren möchte, aber trotzdem hier meinen Dank für diese App kundgebe.

The flexibility in this app is brilliant. Yes, the music is a bit more expensive, but it is so worth it, because you can add measures and change speeds. I also like the way the music is organized. It makes it very easy to vary your classes, whether teaching or working out alone. Bravo!
