## What is Ballogy?

Ballogy turns effort into data and data into development.

Every rep, run, and rest day becomes a number you can train against. Athletes track how they Move, Train, and Recover using nothing but their phone and any wearable. Coaches run their teams, camps, and combines from one place. Here is how it works.

- Get your MTR score – Move, Train, Recover. Three numbers that tell you exactly where you stand and what to do next.

- Count reps without counting – point your phone at the rim, the net, or the bar. Object detection logs your drills and shots automatically while you work.

- Record your runs – distance, pace, splits, and route, tracked from your phone or your watch.

- Log your lifts – exercises, sets, reps, and weight, with your total volume trending over every session.

- Recover on purpose – connect any smart wearable and your sleep and steps feed straight into your score. Rest is part of the work.

- Train with an AI Coach – your own data becomes a custom plan that adjusts as you improve. No more guessing what to do tomorrow.

- Compete against yourself first – streaks, badges, and personal bests built for athletes who are trying to get better, not popular.

- 18+ sports supported – basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, baseball, track, and more. One development system, whatever you play.

- Coach HQ – rosters, assigned workouts, completion tracking, and progress for every athlete on your team. Available on mobile and desktop.

- Get your team on and invite your roster in minutes, and start assigning work!

Whether you are a varsity starter, a walk-on, a rec league regular, or the coach holding it all together, Ballogy meets you where you are and shows you the next step.

Ballogy uses Apple Health to read your steps, heart rate, sleep, and workout data so your MTR score reflects everything you do, and to write your Ballogy activities back into the Health app.

Ballogy includes a free version and a subscription version with premium features. You can subscribe and pay on the App Store using your Apple ID. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the Manage Subscription page in settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

This app is amazing and very helpful with my basketball skills, but there is a slight problem. Every time I want to go to a different workout it sends me straight back to the previous one I was on. I’ve been having to exit out of my tab on my phone and then re enter the app and go back to the workout. I don’t know.. I’m really hoping it’s just my phone glitching cause I love this app to much!!
