It's quick, simple & versatile. And, yes, you can point the arrows any direction you want, as well as lengthen them. I even use it without balloons or arrows. Handy for printing dates on pictures. No. But if you need to stick cartoony word-balloons on your photos, look no further. Balloon Stickies is perfect. Lots of balloon shapes. You can resize them, and drag their tails around so they point where you want them to. You can choose from a handful of legible fonts, in different sizes. You can even adjust the thickness of the balloons' borders! It's almost as good as drawing all your own balloons—in fact, it's better, because it's easier. Admit it: you don't need that 99¢. I expected to be able to reverse the point of the balloon, but it is always on the left. If you expect people to pay, you should offer the basics. ### 3/5 — Mostly useful *2014-11-19* Every year we design labels to be etched on our wine bottles for Christmas. This year we decided to try using this app to make the design. This program is quite easy to use, and will export to a PDF, a huge benefit. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to have multiple pages, or to save a file or files to work on later. This means every time you open the program, or even switch back to it while it is still open, you have to start from scratch. I would like to see the text choices presented a bit more traditionally, too. (Different fonts, and the ability to use italic or bold on a font, for example) We hope to see some upgrades, and then we will use it for other design work. ### 3/5 — Good but *2013-07-01* How on earth do you change direction of tail? This app that allows you to customize the SpeechBubbles with everything from color, size & right,left & center adjustments. I also love the price. Easy to use and a lot of great options. My only wish was that it featured a “back” key so I could go back to the previous design. But that’s a minor thing. Great app! Besides the obvious of adding funny saying to pics, I've also annotated views to help with instructions to the kids (a picture's worth a thousand words, but annotated maps are worth even more).
