It is super easy to use to initiate a text conversation with a voter using canned scripts, and I can ad lib when appropriate to answer questions or provide specific help. We are using this to contact voters for GOTV and also to follow up absentee ballots that have not been returned. I can call or text and if I need to go to their home, i seamlessly drop into maps with directions/map to their home. After each contact I can log note about the interaction.
