The voting application can speed up the process for any elections large or small, as long as all participants have an internet connection. For those who do not have a smart phone or tablet, a convenient "log out" function allows the user to share the device with another ( or several) others to vote with complete security. This app is used for voting in a meeting. An authorization is handed out to the meeting attendees to prevent fraudulent votes. These security codes can be obtained in the app (using a button on the screen where the authorization code is entered) without charge. A pdf is emailed to the user so the codes can be printed out and then distributed at the meeting. I am the vice chairman of the Uintah County Republican party and have use this application for our last 4 annual conventions. The benefits using this voting method as I see it are as follows: 1) The electronic balloting process has saved us hours of time. 2) The ability to create predefined ballots and then edit them on the floor as nominations are made can be done with ease. 3) The use of voter authorization codes makes the security of the system top notch. 4) Casting ballots can be done remotely. We used this functionality during the COVID-19 pandemic to hold a virtual County Convention where our delegates were able to vote from the comfort of their homes as they watched the Convention on Zoom. I highly recommend this application.
