### 1.5.209 — 2026-07-01

What's New in this update

A guided tour that actually guides you.
The mechanic creator now walks you through all 6 tabs — MOVE, WALLS, FEEL, HAZARDS, VISUAL, and TEST — one at a time. Each step dims everything on screen except the tab you need to tap, with a glowing pulse ring so your eye goes exactly where it needs to go. A spotlight cone lights up from above, a segmented progress bar fills across the top as you go, and the card animations feel smooth and intentional. Nothing else is tappable while the tour is active — no accidental back swipes, no wrong taps, no confusion. Once you finish, it never replays. First-time experience, done right.

Win progress that speaks for itself.
After your first win, a card slides up above the tab bar. WIN 1 is checked off in green. WIN 2 pulses in gold — literally blinks — with an arrow pointing at it and the words "One more win unlocks PUBLISH." You cannot miss what to do next.

Publishing feels like a moment.
When you hit 2 wins, a beautiful bottom sheet rises with a large checkmark, the 3-step unlock flow laid out clearly, and a gold CTA button that glows. After you watch the ad and publish, the editor automatically resets and takes you straight back to MOVE — clean slate, ready for your next idea.

Delete your own levels.
Go to your levels in the community feed and you'll see two buttons on every card you published: EDIT in blue, DELETE in red. Tap DELETE, confirm in the sheet that slides up, and the level is gone from the feed immediately.

### 1.4.208 — 2026-06-27

Bug fixes and improvements.

• Fixed an issue where watching a rewarded ad would not give the speed reward
• Improved ad loading reliability
• Minor performance improvements

### 1.3.207 — 2026-06-25

Rank System Now with Unique Skulls
Your profile now shows a rank card that evolves as you clear more levels: Rookie, Skilled, Veteran, Expert, Master, and Legend each with its own distinct skull design. The moment you cross a rank threshold, a toast slides up from the bottom to celebrate. Your rank is now based on your highest level ever reached, so replaying earlier levels won't drop it.

Speed Pills Now Actually Guaranteed
Fixed a critical bug where watching a rewarded ad would show the "reward received" message but never apply the −10% speed reduction. The pill now activates reliably every time, on both iOS and Android.

Level Select Redesigned
Levels are now sorted into Easy / Medium / Hard sections with a clean intro card at the top. Opening the level list automatically scrolls to your current level. The MIRROR, GRAVITY, and RUSH skull icons now show immediately instead of only appearing on press.

Milestone Messages on the Cleared Screen
Clear a level on your 1st, 10th, 20th, 50th, or 100th attempt? You'll see a special message each one written for that exact moment.

Profile Stats Expanded
Win rate, best streak, daily challenge count, total score, endless mode best, and a full breakdown all now visible in your profile.

Sharing Improvements
The share card was redesigned and now includes your star rating and whether it was a new personal best.

Hidden Somewhere
Some levels pulse a morse code rhythm through the progress bar. Whether that means anything is up to you to find out.

Bug Fixes

Sign-out now properly clears the previous user's data
Daily challenge button cleaned up
Various stability improvements

### 1.2.206 — 2026-06-21

Version 1.2 brings a set of meaningful improvements that make BallTempo feel more polished, more satisfying, and more visually alive than ever before.

New App Icon

The app icon has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The new design captures the soul of BallTempo in a single image — a glowing ball mid-flight with a light trail streaming behind it, framed by the game's two signature walls on the left and right edges. The left wall glows in a deep rose red, the right in electric cyan blue. It is minimal, it is clean, and it immediately communicates what the game is about before you even open it.

Dead Cam Skull Effect

One of the most satisfying moments in BallTempo is the slow-motion death replay — that cinematic instant where everything slows down and you watch exactly where things went wrong. In this update, that moment got a major upgrade. When a ball is eliminated, a skull icon now appears directly on top of the dying ball, pulsing into view with a smooth pop animation and fading out in sync with the ghost ball effect. It makes the replay feel more dramatic, more deliberate, and gives you a clear visual anchor for exactly which ball was the one that ended your run. The skull tracks the ball's actual last animated position frame-perfectly, so it always appears exactly where you expect it.

Multi-Ball Death Tracking Fixed

BallTempo features a wide variety of mechanics that involve multiple balls moving simultaneously — Sinus Twin, Rico Twin, Chaos Twin, Twin Rush, Twin Surge, Split, Split Rewind, Warp Twin, Refuse Duo, and more. In previous versions, the death replay in these multi-ball levels could occasionally highlight the wrong ball, making it unclear which ball actually caused the elimination. This has been fully resolved. Every multi-ball mechanic now correctly identifies and tracks the dying ball the moment it hits a wall or misses a tap, ensuring the skull and the red death aura always appear on the correct ball. Whether the death came from a wall collision or a missed tap, the tracking is now accurate across all mechanics.

Level Balance Improvements

The Stutter and Stutter Rush levels have been carefully rebalanced. The timing windows, speed curves, and difficulty progression across these mechanics have been fine-tuned to feel more fair and more rewarding. Players who found certain Stutter levels either too punishing or too forgiving will notice a smoother, more consistent challenge.

Bug Fixes and Stability

A range of smaller fixes have been applied throughout the game to improve overall stability and reduce edge-case issues. The experience is smoother, the code is cleaner, and the game behaves more predictably across all device types and screen sizes.

Thank you for playing BallTempo. Every update is built with care, and your feedback shapes where the game goes next.
