Then after already dealing with this for a half hr I put put in cue to wait for help, however Elaine was not helpful at all she kept asking if jet was ok to leave for a few moments and would come back much later with no clear answers. After an hr and a half of back and forth and getting no where I asked for a refund of which I was told I could not get until a supervises looked at the problem so she went away again and again I was getting so upset because at this point all I wanted was my money back and she insisted I could not get it until I spoke with someone. Their terms and conditions are blatant compared to what fake terms you get that you never agreed show up when you actually withdraw Don’t believe me? Google the same issue or search “The withdrawal will stay pending for 2 days” Shameful and disgusting ### 1/5 — Fraud and scam app *2026-02-15, version 18.24.1* Extremely disappointed with the Belly Bet Gaming app. I have had $400 locked in my account for almost two years, and despite multiple requests, their support team has neither processed the refund nor provided any clear explanation. Communication has been slow, generic, or completely unresponsive, leaving my money blocked without resolution. For any platform handling real user funds, transparency and timely withdrawals should be basic standards. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite.
