Like another user, after not using for a while, when I change the battery, the scale settings are not the same, changes from lbs. to kg, nor does my phone recognize and connect. I’m tired of dealing with the shenanigans of fixing a device and changing settings every time I use it... this is something that is suppose to be simple... Gives an audible reminder to save your weight which is important as the info clears after 6 seconds. Clarify the instructions on page 7 with the following and you may get less complaints about the app not working right: 1. app must be open before weighing, 2. stepping on scale activates Bluetooth connection to app, and 3. data clears from scale and app automatically after six seconds if not saved.
